The reality is, I am not talented at art. Thankfully, it seems I am teachable! I have created this website to show my art journey, as I learn how to use different mediums of art through formal art lessons, and undertaking loads of practice.
I am intending to keep uploading my work weekly, and comment about what I am learning. There will be some disasters, but they are part of my journey.
Displaying my work
I will display my work unframed and just photographed on the wood floor of my art studio. This is a deliberate decision to exhibit all my art simply, and in a minimalist way.
The 'Art Studio'
The art studio was originally a garden office from my working years. It was installed during the pandemic in July 2020, when I was working from home. Now I have retired, it has been exciting to repurpose it and begin a new journey in this space.
